This allows the burner to work at their minimum power when it takes more heat supply in the application.

The horizontal reciprocador for automatic painting is intended to equip automatic installations of painting. The column allows the pistols movement comes and goes vertical, adjustable speed and course, along which moves the arm, i.e. the paint guns. Through a good efficacy, the reciprocador allows to obtain a high degree of profitability and quality in painting.

The reciprocador vertical works autonomously, applying uniform layers of paint on the parts to paint. The working speed is regulated by the operator depending on the speed of the conveyor and the complexity of the parts to paint. The limits (minimum and maximum) of the course are inserted into operating console, in order to allow the inversion of meaning outside the bounds of the piece. The programmable logic controller and frequency converter control all actions of the geared motor traction. The depth adjustment is performed manually, by means of rollers that allow the offset on the ground through two tabs or as optional by means of a motorized cart, where the depth adjustment is made using a command dial.

Demineralization Equipment

The demineralization process is to eliminate ions present in water. These first pass through a filter to retain solids suspended solids and then by an active carbon filter to retain organic matter.

Filtered water passes through cationic resin, where are retained the present cations (Ca2 +, Mg2 + In +, etc.) that are switched by H +. After passing through anionic resin, where are removed the anions (Cl-, OS = 4, in-3) that are switched by OH-. The ion-exchange capacity of resins is limited and when it runs out should be made their regeneration. The regeneration process consists in passing through the cationic resins hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide (Caustic Soda) through the anionic grades resins, so these reactants move ions retained, replacing them with H + and OH-. Os Sistemas de Filtração de Ar automáticos, são filtrantes de ar com elevada eficiência na visão económica e ambiental. Com um rendimento de detenção a 99,8%, elimina a convencional extracção para o exterior, permitindo a total reciclagem do ar no interior da nave.

Sistema Aspiração Névoa de Óleo

O ar contaminado com substâncias oleosas passa através de um separador mecânico constituído por um elemento helicoidal e uma rede metálica, ambos introduzidos em um canal, cuja secção é igual à secção da boca de aspiração. Neste pré-filtro, graças à força centrífuga que se aplica ao ar contaminado, as gotas de óleo golpeiam as paredes do canal, onde que se encontra a rede metálica que evita que voltem ao fluxo de ar, fazendo que se deslizem pelas paredes do canal até a boca de recolha, posteriormente se recolherá o óleo num pequeno tambor (fornecido como acessório) e eventualmente se reciclará.

Wash all parts before every route of passage through several seasons, to carry out the whole process.

High pressure washer, with a capacity of 150 to 180 bar bar, makes the bath suction low pressure, this being designed in part manually via spear.

Degreasing and washing equipment can be static vats, manual or automatic loading and automatic lines of continuous operation.

The equipment in static vats are used in the washing of parts in baskets or pallets. The number and positioning of the vats characterize the wash cycle, which is variable depending on the typology of pieces. The transfer of a tub to another can be made manually for low productions, or in automatic mode for rack or robot. Facilities in continuous line can be used for cleaning parts placed in rack conveyor, or in baskets.

In an ultrasonic cleaning process come into play four parameters, which duly and timely combined determine the outcome of the process.

Is the projection of abrasive, metallic mineral or other, commonly known as grit on the surface mostly metallic parts, in order to make a surface treatment, modification of this surface, as well as preparing the same for subsequent processes such as painting, lacquering, varnishing, Galvanization, zinc plating, anodizing, mechanisation, among others.

The Blasting can design this abrasive (grit) through compressed air: in system “venturi” (depression) or direct pressure, or through mechanical turbine powered electrically.

Pyrolysis
Pyrolytic ovens are built to clean the hooks/hood, through pyrolysis/merger. The working principle uses the fusion through the heat turns a substance/product in another substance of substances. Catalytic ovens were developed for Metal Goods industries, with patented catalytic burners, divided into zones through the thin gas control system. The ovens Intellysys GO, are a clean technology because it does not emit any gaseous pollutants. The requirements of several regulations, are easily reached, even for low Nox. To perform the start-up of catalytic burners requires a small pre-heating resistance, to establish a catalytic reaction.
